The Infinite (Photography)

Black-painted objects placed on a mirrored box dissolve into endless reflections. Set in darkness, the work blurs reality and illusion, echoing the infinite regress of thought and the boundless nature of existence. Wooden pear → the organic, the living, the natural form turned still, echoing both fruitfulness and mortality. In repetition, it becomes an endless echo of nature caught in human artifice. Small bowl → receptivity, emptiness, or containment. In infinite reflection, it suggests the mind as a vessel — always filling, always emptying, never complete. Cylinder → abstraction, structure, or the pillar. Its simplicity contrasts with the pear’s natural curves, standing as a symbol of human order, reason, or continuity. The empty wooden frame represents absence, the unseen, a window into nothingness. Together, they balance organic, receptive, and structural — like body, mind, and thought — dissapearing into the infinite void... .
